The infrastructure of the hotel is very good, the treatment of the personnel in the check in is excellent, the restaurant has very good buffet, although the seasoning is prepared, but for the American tourist. The lobby is very elegant, as well as its main bar. Restaurants are also good, at least the meat one, although for being the last shift, they attended us in a hurry. They offer a very nice romantic dinner to the couples on the beach, but it has a separate cost (a little high), but it is worth it. They give you some discount tickets that you can use in activities like this dinner for example.

The attention of the staff is impeccable, everyone is very attentive, all the time. The quality of the food is excellent, as well as the drinks. The shows, some very good and others not so good. The wifi signal is excellent throughout the complex including the beach.

Beach! is one of the best beaches both in terms of the length of the sand and depth for small children. Additionally, there is little sargassum which makes it look more. Bars and restaurant Olio were in my opinion the best of the all-inclusive food and drink.

The hotel is incredible, the pool is the best, huge, clean, warm, accessible. The view from our suite was spectacular, straight to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The suite has everything to spend several days there, the bed very comfortable but the sofa bed quite worn and therefore uncomfortable. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs, very well. The staff in the pool area is one of the most attentive and efficient.

The special restaurants that you go to eat with a reservation, have an exquisite menu and serve you very well. Even if they don't tell you and they bring you a wine list with an additional cost, you can ask for a glass of wine for free, I learned that after a few days of seeing other guests, but you have to ask, nobody tells you because they want you to spend a little more.

The hotel is very nice, ideal for people who go with family, as there are many activities. For people like me who go alone is also a very good option, the view is very good with a balcony overlooking the sea.
