The service is fantastic! The staff is very friendly. It's the last hotel in Isla Verde, so it's quieter than the others. The facilities and service on the beach and pool are excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. I had the opportunity to visit another hotel where a friend stayed and no doubt the Marriott was the right decision. Very happy, I would definitely come back again.

Breakfast!

I loved the room, it was the last one in the corner and has beautiful views. The best thing of all was the сare and kindness of all the staff. The lady who brought the breakfast, the cleaning lady, and above all the receptionist, who helped me with all my doubts in the best way.

Good location, in front of the sea. It takes 10 minutes drive to Old San Juan and only 5 minutes to La Placita de Santurce. Very attentive staff. The price of breakfast is low and appropriate! Burger King 24 hs next door, Supermarket 24hs a few blocks away, CVS/Walgreens. There are bar and pizzeria in the hotel. Paid parking on the property.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help you with everything. I really like that they give you a cookie when you check-in. The facilities are very good and well cared for, the swimming pool and gym are opened for 24 hours. Although the beach is not very close to the hotel, they take you in a golf cart and there is a worker on the beach, who will provide you with deckchairs, umbrellas, and towels.

Excellent pool area with quiet and nice view. The hotel has an excellent location and is very quiet to relax. I recommend it and I will stay here again, because the service and friendliness of the staff is excellent.

These are great apartments. Located 5/10 minutes by taxi from Old San Juan, they are very spacious and well equipped. The staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. They have transportation to the beach which is 5 minutes away and a bar restaurant in the attic with a view and very nice. Very complete breakfast combination of a la carte and buffet. We liked it very much and if we return to San Juan we will go there because the quality/price ratio is very good

The stay was incredible, the super comfortable room, clean and first-class service, the spectacular pool, and all the surroundings clean. The nights with good music and above all good security we are already planning the next vacation at the Marriott.

The hotel is located in front of the pier where the cruise ships dock and in the heart of Old San Juan, so the situation is unbeatable. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The terrace of the Palio Restaurant is very pleasant in the late afternoon.

Excellent service from check-in to check out. All employees friendly, attentive, and helpful. My room, although a little small, was in perfect condition, minibar and bathroom were very well stocked and clean. The swimming pool is clean and crystal clear.

The hotel has good facilities. It has a private beach, an excellent gymnasium, clean swimming pools and good WIFI connection. Near the hotel there are places to eat and two pharmacies. The room was clean and spacious with an ocean view.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, as it's located right on the beach and there are lots of shops and places to have a drink in the area. The breakfast is also another point in favor, very good and delicious.
